Refund policy

  • We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase from The Peppermint Palm!
  • Returns are accepted within 10 days for a refund to the original form of payment. No returns will be accepted after 10 days. For online orders please see instructions in the next section, RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE CUSTOMERS.
  • ALL SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! No returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items.
  • A receipt is required for returns. All tags must be intact, merchandise must not be worn, and must be in saleable condition. Swimwear,jewelry, and wraps are final sale.
  • For orders including a Gift with Purchase, the Gift with Purchase must be returned.
  • We are now accepting returns from LillyPulitzer.com. Please bring in the item(s) and any gifts with purchase you wish to return from LillyPulitzer.com with the order form sheet. We will send it back to Lilly for you (free of charge). Lilly Pulitzer will credit your original form of payment (see LillyPulitzer.com return policy for more details).

Return Policy for Online Customers:

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of ordering the merchandise. No returns will be accepted after 10 days.
  • When return request is approved, shipping label will be sent via email.
  • A $24.00 flat rate return shipping will be charged for the return. 
  • A receipt is required for returns. All tags must be intact, merchandise must not be worn, and must be in saleable condition. Swimwear, jewelry, and wraps are final sale.
  • We will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping charges, once the item is returned to the store. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the wrong item is shipped.
  • For orders including a Gift with Purchase, the Gift with Purchase must be returned. If not included the price of gift will be deducted from return.
